nope, way too expensive.

If your project remains closed source, I can provide you with a license for 499USD/year or a perpetual license for 1299USD (I'm selling it at twice that price to other companies, but since you're at a university I understand the budget is smaller, as you said).

I'm attaching the license so you can look it over if you'd like. If you choose the perpetual license, the wording will be slightly altered.
