comment on lorenz etc. work with truth-finding #298

... problem is that the biggest issues for deliberative democracy are not those with a positive truth; so again, the internal validity of the experiment is great but the external one very problematic. Maybe, there is something misleading about this, because deliberative democracy is not a bout factual questions, and maybe for non-factual issues, the whole downstream apparatus necessarily needs to change.
