Hi. Currently testing your plugin. Do you have a CLI available or planned to change the wallpaper or colors from a script or terminal directly? Thank you.

Sorry, I don't think is possible with browser extensions. They can't read files from the file system and also it's not possible to dynamically modify the extension while it's in use.
