First official DESFire testing binaries available

Testers welcome! Please keep up to date with the latest releases. I will try to keep the binaries fresh as the sources continue to get updated and improved.

The new code and binaries also include several DESFire specific Chameleon Terminal commands to fully configure and clone DESFire NFC tags. A tentative full list of interesting features about this code base is summarized here:

• Primary source code modifications
• Current features support tracking table
• DESFire specific Chameleon Terminal commands
• In-depth libnfc-based testing code in C (host side) -- also can be compared with sample outputs of the native command set
• Credits for sources and past code

After some time, and as more testers help me verify that the implementation works well, I aim to make a pull request into the main emsec firmware sources. It's a lot of code to ask them to merge, so please help me with testing to make sure it is worth their while!

I believe the bulk this feature request is now in the books with the merge of pull request 287 in the main sources. I'm very happy to to close out this issue. 😸

Most likely, I will continue to maintain new pushes to the relevant code using my ChameleonMini firmware fork.
