Cannot change chip to FM on openEmu #66

Using Openemu on Big Sur OS, and am unable to change the SN76489 english music chip to the Japanese music chip.

Tested the same file on a windows emulator and I was able to change the chip so I'm concluding there is some compatibility issue with openemu.

I can't comment on OpenEmu but I guess it must require you to enable the FM chip. The game itself will detect the chip's presence and not let you change it if not detected.
