Add the new shamrock theme downloaded from http://bootswatch.com in 03/16/2013.

Well, this was a limited time theme which is gone now. http://bootswatch.com/shamrock/ doesn't exist anymore. So I reckon this should not be merged.

Yeah, if it isn't going to be maintained, then why have it.
