Closes #41 regarding bad nesting of btn-large, btn-small, btn-mini.

I don't think we could keep up if we try fixing problems by hand. Maybe I'm wrong, I am open to ideas, but at this point if we fix this issue, and then update to latest bootswatch versions, this issue will come up again, because the converter script will not have it fixed. We should try to script any such fixes where we can.
