As of right now there is no practical way to find all the content of a specific panda
There is also no way to "follow" a panda you find relevant and get notified when he posts new opinions

Potential solutions:

Add a following system + a notification system that tells users when another user writes a new opinion
Add public profile pages where all the actions (affiliations and opinions) of a Panda are listed
