Also improve the workflow with drafts as they're now detected just like regular posts and are only re-published only if needed

@zakhenry this PR fixes and improve a few things :)

now possible to update an article from not published to published
only making 1 HTTP call to retrieve all the articles instead of as many as there are articles
drafts are now just like every other blog posts and we're able to fetch them (in the same call as the articles) and publish only if needed
