Local files always have Javascript blocked? #10

In Chrome 31 beta, local files (i.e. file://localhost/...) always get loaded with Javascript blocked and I can't seem to switch Javascript on.

I resolved this problem by uninstalling and reinstalling this extension to clear out the list of blocked sites. It's weird that I would have to do that though.
