Include subdomains?

Thanks for the useful plugin. It looks like rules are created as https://github.com/*. Can we have an option to create the rules for any subdomain, like https://*github.com/* (https://gist.github.com). That way the same rule will work for all subdomains without enabling it for each subdomain.
