Another developer states that this is abandoned (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/quick-javascript-switcher/ahjfodbngfpdppljbkhcfhcfdagfgcnj?hl=en-US) and has released a continuation of this plugin.

@maximelebreton Is this project, in fact, abandoned? I find it extremely useful. Thanks!
