Once you click on the toggle icon, that site's permissions can no longer be changed from the default UI and show up disabled, even in incognito mode.

I know, but it's a Chrome limitation, i dont know why...

I've put a button (v1.2.0) in the options page for clearing site's permissions set by Quick Javascript Switcher, and a way to import / export.

It's not perfect, but i hope you'll find it usefull.
