`view > unsplit` screen with RHS panel selected loses balanced layout #234

View > unsplit screen appears to remove the unselected panel. Makes sense.

However, when the RHS panel is first selected, View > unsplit screen causes the LHS panel to be removed (correctly), but the RHS panel is not resized and the legend panel goes missing, results look like this:
