Typo in writeCellBrowser #45

    metaFname = args.get("meta", "meta.tsv")
    clusterField = args.get("clusterField", "Louvain Cluster")
    coordStr = json.dumps(coordList, indent=4)

Input is coordslist (with an s) not coordlist
