refactor: :speech_balloon: Changes site language to English #8

Hello It's an extremely minor change, but it allows browsers and search engines to understand that the site is in English and not French, and it allows me to translate the whole site when I want to read the documentation when it's 6 a.m. and I'm not yet awake.
