Create machine learning model #24

I'm leaving it up to @Joseph-Rance to make a model in Keras as previously discussed. It should ideally give meaningful and realistic outputs for the inputs that we give it, and it should be able to change based on a user's data so that each user gets results that match them. The final output of this task should be a .m5 file that I can use on the website.

This is pretty much done now
