Add quote #59

@KashParty / @maximiseuk

We were going to add the quote shown below to the landing, but when we added the quote in, everything moved out of place and we didn't know how to avoid that. Can u add it instead please? Of course getting the server up and running is a priority, but it would be great for both to be done before the actual final bit. Sorry for piling on the work, but I really can't do it myself and Isaac can't do it either.

We need an extra page for the info that the scientist person will write in the tools section as well as a separate section on the landing page (although we don't need to do anything until we actually have something to put there).
