[Question] Is it possible to skip some rules? #23

In my case each time i touch appearence rule, in different browsers appeared complete mess because of useragent overrides. Is it possible to ignore appearence while appending reset?

Nevermind, i just noticed i did not updated deps for too long (appearence excluded from css3)
