Typo Readme #8

Hi,

in Usage exemple, it should be 'postcss-initial' and not 'postcss-all-property', no ?

also I'm not sure why in index.js the plugin name is : postcss-all-unset ?

And in the title : 'PostCSS plugin to fallback all: unset.' should be 'all: initial'
