Add new HomeKit categories, services and characteristics #21

Adds the new HomeKit categories, services, and characteristics that https://github.com/KhaosT/HAP-NodeJS has added. These are related to valves, showers and irrigation systems.

These are not yet in the non-commercial hap specification, but I doubt that documentation is ever going to be updated.
