Ugh. I'll write to Microsoft again, it happens every now and then. For now you can just add the folder to exceptions. You can Google how. And no, don't worry, there's no virus.

Weird. Make sure you have updated the virus signatures in Defender. As for the ones in VirusTotal, I messaged them, I even messaged VirusTotal, no response.
