Send a confirmation mail when a task has been executed #114

When doing a forced SCM::Update or a SCM::AutoDiscover the author should receive a mail when the task is done.

Perhaps this should be an account setting.

The sending of the mail should probably be a task as well.

This is going to be on the wishlist for now. If a worker is running any task its usually executed fast enough. Maximus isn't being used enough for this feature to be required.
