Use RequestDir() if BMXPATH can't be found #19

Haven't been able to test this yet with the GUI.

Could also work for the CLI, but the BlitzMax driver doesn't use the provided message, so the user wouldn't have a clue why a directory path would be requested.

Whoops, looks like this isn't going to work as BlitzMaxPath() from brl.maxutils throws an exception when it can't find the path. Needs to be changed.
