SignPicture bugs image placement and GUI open/close

• scaling works but the location bugs and even when placing the preview and then closing and reopening the GUI the location and scaling is reset
• furthermore, when overwriting the location and closing and reopening the GUI, you have to click into urls to reload the image into the preview

@Kofola45cz Definitely a bug. Was able to reproduce. from testing i found two things: 1, the gui resets on close, and 2: using offset or rotation options causes an infinite repetition of characters on a sign, making it become invalid.
