Setup for Dummies

I cannot seem to get this to work.

I set up an account at sipgate.com and got a US telephone number and it works.
I installed Telephone but keep getting this message:

Login Failed
Telephone was unable to login to sipgate.com.
Change user name or password and try again.

User Name:      (I assume this is my sip phone number)
Password:       (I assume this is the password I use to login to my sipgate account.

Account Setup

Full Name:  [this can be anything]
Domain:  sipgate.com
Username: (my sipgate phone number)

Can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated

I finally got this to work. To set up Telephone to work with a sipgate phone 
number
in the US you need the following info from sipgate:

Login to your sipgate account at www.sipgate.com
go to "My Settings"
mouseover "Phone of [name of sipgate phone mine says "Phone of Courtland 
McDonald)"
and click on SIP credentials.
The info you need is your SIP-ID and SIP-PASSWORD (both of which were assigned 
by
sipgate). They are not the same as the Username or the password you use to 
login in
to your sipgate account.

Then start Telephone.app and go to preferences, Accounts, click on the + sign 
to add
an account

Full Name: Anything you want
Domain: sipgate.com
Username:  (Use your SIP-ID from above, not your phone number)
Password:  (Use SIP-PASSWORD from above)
