"Gemset 'chdirect' does not exist, 'rvm gemset create chdirect' first, or append '--create'."

RVM will error out if gemset 'chdirect' hasn't been created yet so I updated the .rvmrc to fix this issue.

@MrTin, I've gone ahead and removed the .rvmrc, so you're free to use whatever you like. Thanks!
