3 years ago Environments aren't a feature present in the Pathfinder 2 Bestiary nor rules, thereby including them would include opinionated content which would be a burden to maintain, likely often incomplete as new creatures are developed and not as the authors intended them.
There was an user made excel file which pared creatures to an environment based on PF1 information.
Will need to find it out and talk to the author.
