sparkweb bugfix and some problem #8

1. sparkweb/chat/javascript/xmpp-ws.js
    line 145 missed something

    this._fireEvent("connectionFailed");

    It affect login failed.

2. Can it suport IE?
   When I execute sparkweb on IE, yui.js can not to work, and websocket can not received anything.
