Sinatra::Base#options will be deprecated. #31

Please replace all instances of Sinatra::Base#options with #settings.

I have a fix at 4b620adafa6b26f83bba01bae1e33a5fd1922c74, but github is being slow. Will issue a pullreq when they recognize that the update exists.
