Where can I download the relevant analysis data? #1

I'm sorry to have bothered you. My question is where can I download the analysis data, such as data/meta/tissue_mapping.tsv and data/meta/pig_tissue_colors.tsv.

Hi,

All data can be found at https://www.rnaatlas.org/about/download

There both the TPM data per tissue and a hierarchy of tissue groupings are available.

Raw Pig RNA sequencing data have been deposited to CNGB Nucleotide Sequence Archive (CNSA; https://db.cngb.org/cnsa/) of the China National GeneBank DataBase (CNGBdb) with accession number CNP0001361. Pig Brain RNA sequencing data are available under the accession number: CNP0000483.

Let me know if there are any files you are missing and I will try to help you out.

I'm sorry to have bothered you. Can you provide me with all the files that read with the function of read_delim,for example,ensembl_pig_gene.tab，ensembl92_gene_chromosome.txt，human/geninfo_92.tsv，ensembl_pig_ortholog.tab，Ensembl_orthologs_all.txt，tissue_mapping.tsv，human_tissue_mapping.tsv，pig_tissue_colors.tsv，pig_unfiltered_sample_data.tab，consensus_pig_tissues_92.tsv，rna_pigtissue_pig_92.tsv，pig_consensus_category_piggenome_92.tsv and so on.thanks!

Could you plese provide all the files in the data folder?
