In the case where:

you create a time-capsule
you then edit the tags associated with the time-capsule bookmark if you then delete the time-capsule, you will delete the bookmark, and thus the associated tags

it could be offered instead to create a new bookmark in the default bookmark with those tags

NB: the problem doesn't exist when the bookmark already existed before the time-capsule bookmark was created
