prompt of choosing credentials doesn't work #104

The prompt of choosing credentials seems to break on batch mode.

yes, it can't work in batch mode as process.stdin is busy with batch data (there should now be warning about that 8658131a), the credentials menu can instead be triggered by running:

wb config credentials https://instance.url test
