Add base class of all subcommands #14

Includes common options and display of examples (#12).

lib/program.js may be extended to avoid more code duplication.

This commit is based on b35cf97 but I did a forced update on my master branch, maybe this is why GitHub thinks the branch has conflicts. Maybe you can cherry-pick if merge via GitHub fails.

I have updated the commit to base it on 3.0.1.

hey @nichtich, sorry for the slower reactivity, I got hardware issues, I will have a look at all that when I get back to my normal workspace, hopefully in less than two weeks

Good luck! BTW being able to easily switch computers was one of my motivations to put everything into git repositories :-)

the git part is ok, it's the CPU&RAM * 1/4 from one computer to the other that makes everything slower ><
