The following from website Imperial College link contains multiple datasets. We want to explore what we could do here, since some of them contain case level data.

More concrete task list:

[ ] Download + Shorten documentation
[ ] Aggregate cases to stratified age groups
[ ] Aggregate by Ventilator grouping
- Ventilator + Survive, Ventilator + Not Survive, No Ventilator

@maxlchen Could you do the stratification by age groups? If it's possible, also stratify by the ventilator grouping as well

@bayoumi17m To clarify, aggregate_symptom_progression_report8.csv is grouped by Age Group and Country; unfortunately the cleanest data in the original report 8 dataset had their ages grouped by 10s, 20s, 30s, etc. instead of actual ages so the Age Groups are 10s, 20s, 30s, etc. as described in scripts/reshape_report8.R
