header store, table header, updating table styles #10

Not sure if this is the preferred or best method but added the headers (from the csv table) as its own in the store. Re styled the table so all the columns aligned. Had to create the weird markup with the template tags because we added that ID as a property on the object (for the clickable pages) so it was rendering in the table.

Feel free to recommend anything different or something more efficient
