Settings needs to be redesigned #621

Although the settings view is functional, it's not so pretty and could be more strightforward. Adding a little text documenting what's going on would probably be helpful too.

Partially solved with https://github.com/maxmilton/new-tab/pull/1258 but still needs much more work TBH. Closing this issue for now.
