mini_al : audio backend replacement #56

which released a 2.0 recently - and pointed out that they now use a new small lib called "mini_al": https://github.com/dr-soft/mini_al

Isn't this a possiblity for a cross-platform audio backend which could replace "sdl_audio" or "pub.freeaudio"? What do you think @woollybah ?

Yes, I suppose you can never have too many audio backends.

Ha...ha..ha. I know that there is soloud". But imho it does not replace the functionality of pub.freeaudio.

I also do not know if mini_al dynamically links to the libs - so uses alsa if no pulseaudio was installed and so on.
