rpi 3 not booting #290

i unzipped the contents of the newest berryboot for 2 and 3, but my rpi 3 wouldn't start with the sd card. i popped the same card with the same berryboot files into my rpi 2 and it loaded perfectly. ive tested the rpi 3 and after configuring berryboot to have a data partition it also suddenly works on the rpi 3 as well. the issue is that i can get any distributions or berrybot itself to recognize the inbuilt wifi chip like this... other individual os installs can find it just fine. help pls

I am also having same problem with booting berryboot on raspberry 3. Using berryboot-20160930-pi2-pi3. Microsd card works fine when used with current raspian. Reformatted and with berryboot-20160930-pi2-pi3 files on same card yield no boot. On power on the red power light comes on but the green activity light remains completely dark with absolutely no evidence on activity.
