Double check file system is FAT32
I just did a fat32 format & copied berryboot on. All I get from raspi4 is a instant green flicker of the light & then nothing.

same problem
What is shown on your screen? The rainbow colored screen or a black screen? If the screen is black then try the other hdmi port. It just worked for me with the hdmi port which is right next to the usb-c power input.
I had the same issue. Resolved it by not using Windows 10 built in formatting tool. I downloaded fat32 format by ridgecrop. After I used it and copied BerryBoot over to the SD card it loaded just fine.
there is a fix for the Rpi4 4gb version in another thread in here
I have repeatedly copied berryboot onto a sd card and inserted it into my raspi4 4G with no result. The raspi4 does not appear to even read the card. No flash of lights or anything on the screen.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
