(edit) spent some more time on it.

The issue is the password prompt for the encryption.

Berryboot loads, then drops to prompt which does not display.

After correct pwd is entered boot proceeds with working display.

Not a deal-killer, but it would be really nice to be able to work it out.

Have tried installing to SD and to USB. Have tried Raspian and Debian.

I did some searches here and saw

config_hdmi_boost=4 hdmi_force_hotplug=1

which I tried, separately, but no joy.

I have the same problem and can't get a response on screen after hitting boot button. Installed on both SD and USB
