example 6,preselect id will automaticly select #2

in demo6,preselect set two item ['220','226'] as default select,this is no 
problem,but after choose other item,then back to select Baby & Toddler item(the 
id equals 220) will immediate select baby toys(id is 226),this behavior isn't 
identical with others.
it make me could not select the Baby & Toddler item as the final result,
because i'm not good at js,so why i use jquery,i only could repport this 
issue,could not submit a patch,i like this plugin very much,hope could fix this 
problem,it will help me a lot

Fixed in trunk by introducing a new option 'preselect_only_once' (false by 
default). Demo updated accordingly.
