wrong redirect in docs/index.html #61

deployment of gh-pages finished successfully, but docs/index.html has a non-existent redirect. Unclear how this is created during quarto render.

The following works: https://maxplanck-ie.github.io/Rintro/qmd/index.html

tried to follow https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli/issues/3297 and included index.md explicitly, rather than relying automatic definition of index.html

This works properly locally, but still seems to fail @ gh_pages

index.qmd + new ./github/workflows/render-qmd.yml solved this problem
