DNA-mapping allelic mode - NMaskindex / SNPfile combination #989

since 2.8.0 (potentially earlier as well), DNA-mapping in allelic-mode doesn't solve the dag if one only specifies --NmaskedIndex in combination with --SNPfile. There seems to be some recursion in the wildcards. Specifying --vcffile + strains does work
