Unsupported security handler version: 1 #71

Older PDF files are not seems to be supported. Example from the link below. https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_ts/133100_133199/133108/05.00.00_60/ts_133108v050000p.pdf

Would it be possible to add PDF version 1 as well?
