Cloudflare Native Django #22

Hi Can you evolve this to be a Cloudflare Native Framework using cloudflare D1, R2 and any other services required

if this can be made available as an app in Cloudflare workers it would be a great boilerplate for Cloudflare community

It looks like Cloudflare Apps are no longer a thing. From their website:

Cloudflare Apps is no longer accepting new submissions.
