Chat Bar not properly rendering when changing Minecraft window size

Description

Upon re-sizing my window into full screen from the default window size (GUI Scale: Auto), my chats are no longer visible, but the Chat Bar is. Upon resizing back to normal size, the bar is in the top left corner, very small

How to Replicate the Problem

• Install the mod on Minecraft Forge 9.11.1.965 (FML v6.4.49.965)
• Open a world or server
• Re-size the window to fill the screen (Press full screen button)

Chat has vanished

• Re-size window back to normal size

Chat is small in the corner
