Docker container runs PHP 5.4? #14

Is there any reason this can't be updated to more recent versions of PHP?

Docker files for PHP 5.x are intended to be in v1.6.x maintenance branch, just to memorise the settings for tests. They are in 'master' by mistake and will be removed.
