Fix markdown issues in README.md #29

The markdown contained several issues:

multiple blank lines
image not working
misuse of block quotes
no line-ending character at the end of the file
headings not surrounded with blank lines
inline html

Resources like images used in the README.md, should not be in the root folder. Stuff like that should be stored away in a resources folder.

Also, the image was way too large (1080p).
