Help With formating Output

Hello, I am currently evaluating your Time Sheet plugin for our organisation and so far I think it is excellent. The Orders feature is exactly what we need. My issue is with the report.

I need to extract everyone's time sheet data so that I can perform some manipulation and then feed in into our finance system. The problem is that the report produces data that is summed as shown:

User	Order	2014-6	Total time
John Smith		56.81	56.81
	Order 1	27.29	27.29
	Order 2	8	8
	Order 3	7.52	7.52
	Order 4	14	14
Peter Brown		24	24
	Order 4	24	24
Total time		80.81	80.81

I do not want the summed rows. What I really need is this:

User	Order	2014-6
John Smith	Order 1	27.29
John Smith	Order 2	8
John Smith	Order 3	7.52
John Smith	Order 4	14
Peter Brown	Order 4	24

Can you suggest a way that I can get the data out in the format above?

Hi, unfortunately I don't have a solution ready for that. Nevertheless, since the report is a plain Redmine one (just with added Order and Order Activity entries), you may also ask to the larger Redmine community for advice.

I would say that it should not be so hard to post-process the CSV, as it is a matter of shifting the user name down the lines with empty user field, and delete rows where the user field is filled. This kind of format conversion scripts are very common when integrating systems, and may be part of your cron job for sync.
